Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Orbit: Idle Merge ("the app", "we", "us") handles your information. The app is a single-player idle game and does not require you to create an account or sign in.
1. Data stored on your device
The app stores your game progress (money, orbs, upgrades, prestige level, settings preferences, and time-limited buffs) locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device and we do not have access to it. Deleting the app removes this data.
2. In-app purchases
If you choose to purchase "Remove Ads", the transaction is processed by Apple via the App Store. We receive only the anonymous receipt that confirms the purchase. We never see your name, payment method, or Apple ID. Purchase history is managed by Apple.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows advertisements served by Google AdMob. When you launch the app, iOS asks whether you allow the app to track you (App Tracking Transparency):
- If you allow tracking: Google AdMob may receive your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), basic device information (model, iOS version, language, coarse location derived from IP address) and use it to show personalized ads and measure ad performance.
- If you decline tracking: Only non-personalized ads are shown, and no IDFA is shared.

4. Data we collect
We do not operate any servers and do not collect, store, or analyze any personal data about you on our side. All advertising-related data flows directly between your device and Google AdMob under Google's privacy practices.
5. Children
Orbit: Idle Merge is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has installed the app, please uninstall it and contact us.
6. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA)
Because we do not collect personal data ourselves, requests to access, correct, or delete personal data should be directed to Google AdMob (see their privacy policy linked above) and Apple (for purchase records). For local game data, deleting the app from your device removes everything we ever stored.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Significant changes will be announced in the app or via the App Store listing.
